Terms & Conditions For Online Payments

Thank you for choosing Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C.’s online payment service. By submitting and authorizing a payment, you, the Payer, acknowledge and agree to your acceptance of these terms and conditions of Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C.’s online payment service.

All payments of Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C.’s invoices using the online credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions.

  1. Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C. accepts the following cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
  2. When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in US currency.
  3. Please allow 1-3 business days for your payment to be updated in Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C.’s records.
  4. Credit card payments are secure:
    • Payments will be processed directly by Paytrace.net.
    • Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
    • Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C. does not have access to your credit card details when making a payment online.
  5. Confirmation:
