Dennis Villasana joined Tane Waterman & Wurtzel P.C. in 2026. He graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in History. He received his JD from Fordham University School of Law, where he was captain of the school’s National Moot Court Team.
Before joining the firm, Dennis was an associate at two national firms and Of Counsel to a Long Island litigation boutique. He has substantial experience in commercial and real estate litigation at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in alternative dispute resolution. Except for a period as a legal analyst and editor of the Bloomberg Law Antitrust & Trade Report, Dennis has been practicing law for over 25 years. He also authors online training courses on corporate compliance and risk management topics, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, bribery and corruption, and data privacy and security.
Born in Queens, New York, Dennis has split his life between New York and New Jersey ever since. He is a lifelong Yankee fan, avid reader, and budding mechanical watch collector. He also plays bass badly.
