Lawrence McGaughey

Larry has practiced real estate law since 1975, including cooperative and condominium housing, mortgage lending and development; trusts and estates; and non-profit corporations including housing development corporations and religious organizations.  He has lectured on conventional and affordable housing issues for the Council of Cooperative and Condominiums, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Baruch College, and others. He is a member of the boards of the Urban Homesteading Assistance Board, New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and the New York City Society of the United Methodist Church.  Larry received his BA from the American University and his law degree cum laude from Boston University, where he was case editor of the Law Review.
