Evan Teich

Evan Teich, admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey, was born in Merrick, New York. Evan joined Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C. in 2024 as an associate. Evan graduated Brooklyn Law School with a Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in Real Estate in 2021. Throughout his time in law school, he gained valuable experience advising Cooperative and Condominium Boards in New York City, drafting property tax abatement legislation, and working with buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions and leases.

Prior to joining Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C., Evan was a part of a fast-paced real estate firm in Manhattan specializing in residential purchases and sales. He has represented corporate and individual clients in various types of transactions in the New York metropolitan area including Cooperatives, Condominiums, and single- and multi-family homes.

In his spare time, Evan enjoys cooking, playing basketball and watching the Knicks and Premier League soccer.
