Aaron J. Everhart

Aaron was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina and is admitted to practice in the state of New York. He received his B.A. from Winthrop University and his J.D. from Cornell Law School. While at Cornell, he served as Online Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal and was a passionate advocate for clients of the Cornell Capital Punishment Clinic in assisting in their appeals.

Prior to joining Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C., Aaron received a fellowship with the District of Columbia Government's Capital City Fellows program, and later worked as an analyst. In these roles, he assumed a variety of responsibilities in areas of administrative law, contract review, policy review and development, and program implementation. Aaron's practice is concentrated on real estate litigation.

Aaron has spent his entire life along the East Coast, including several years in Long Island, upstate New York, the District of Columbia, Delaware, and South Carolina. He is an avid boulderer, enjoys playing music and singing, and spends his leisure time reading about history.
