Biography

Cristina Loukopoulos. I have worked as a paralegal in long-established law firms since 1998.  In June 2016, I Joined Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C. as a transactional and closing Paralegal.  I currently manage ongoing transactions from inception to closing, I assist Attorney David A. Tane with administrative duties, preparation of closing documents, disclosure schedules and due diligence. I assist the attorneys in the firm with service filings, maintenance of entity status, Uniform Commercial Code filings and searches.
